La Cueva High School Athletic Hall of Honor & Hall of Fame Nomination Form • Deadline for nominations is July 1 of the current year. • Nomination forms are available online on the LA CUEVA HS athletic webpage/ Athletic Hall of Fame or the Athletic Director at LA CUEVA HS. • Nominations will be accepted for: An Athlete, a Coach, or an Athletic Team • Nominations accepted to Hall of Honor will then be considered for induction into the Hall of Fame • Nomination form is good for 5 years, after that a new form would need to be resubmitted. • Notification to new Hall of Fame/Honor members will take place around August 15 of the current year. • Candidates voted on by the selection committee will initially be placed in the Hall of Honor • An event will be schedule to honor inductees being honored at a special ceremony.
